How do you differ from other PPC management companies?

We’re like a name brand product and its generic counterpart. You get a lot more value for a lot less money.

How can we do that? We keep our overhead low, thus allowing us to pass the savings to our clients. We’re easily reachable via phone, email, etc. providing an unparalleled customer service to our clients.

Let’s say your website goes down on Sunday afternoon for whatever reason, we’re there to make sure your PPC is turned off right away to give you time to address your technical issues and not just waste your budget until Monday morning when you come back to the office.
 
And the most important part is that we take the time to understand our clients’ businesses as if these were our own. Our deep understanding of our clients’ businesses is what allows us to keep them above their competition.  We do not just look at keywords and their corresponding data, but also understand to what extend that certain term brings value, what ads would attract the right audience to our clients’ offers, and what the best way is to take advantage of untapped potential.
 
Another criteria that sets us apart is that we do not work with multiple clients in competing markets since we would be doing a disservice to them. It is not possible to offer the best possible service to two different clients that are competing in the same niche. For example, if we already have a client that is in an auto insurance niche, we will not take another client for that niche.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. We have a 30-day 100% money back guarantee for the monthly PPC management service we provide. Our set up fee is not refundable, unless client agrees to remove from the account what was done for them. In that case, we’ll proceed to restore the status of the client’s account prior to our participation and refund 100% of the setup fee as well.
 

Do we need to sign a long term contract?

We do have a contract that you need to sign, however, it’s clearly stated in the contract that either party can terminate the service at any time. We do not lock you into a one year contract as many businesses do and there is no penalty for cancelling the service. We treat clients with respect and expect the same in return. We do not tolerate clients that are not professional in any shape or form.
 

Do you provide daily, weekly, or even monthly reports?

We do not send daily, weekly, or monthly reports. We do not hide your account from you which is a departure from the industry established practices. You would still have a complete administrative rights access to your account. You can login and view your stats. We believe in transparency when working with our clients.
